This release will improve reliability of data pushed from Jira to Enzyme through the configured integration.  It also introduces additional logging for continued monitoring.  Since an change in the Jira API, some customers are reporting that data pushed to Enzyme on update intermittently do not apply to design controls in Enzyme.  This change will protect against the cause of this issue which was tracked back to a race condition between the Jira webhooks and new Jira API.
