In Enzyme, users with the permission level of Quality Owners can manage folders (create, rename or delete).
Note: This video was created using V1.25.2. Enzyme is updated weekly so some elements may change.
Access Document Control under Process in the Navigation bar.
Create a New Main Folder
Click on the New Folder button.
2. Type the folder name and click Create subfolder. This will create a main folder where you can add documents.
Create New Sub-Folders
Select the main folder in which you are interested.
Once in that main folder click on New Folder.
Enter the sub-folder name and click Create subfolder.
You will now see the sub-folder displayed under your main folder.
Rename a Folder
Once you have created a folder, click on the folder. Then you'll see all the information pertaining to the folder. Click on Rename to edit it.
Enter the new folder name and click Edit Folder name.
Your folder will be updated with the new name.
Remove A Folder
Remove Main Folder
A main folder can only be removed if there are no documents in that folder.
To remove the folder, click on Remove Folder and it will be removed.
If there are documents in the main folder, the Remove Folder button will be greyed out. Once you move the documents to other folders and the current folder is empty, then you will be able to delete it.
To remove a subfolder, click on the folder you want and then click on Remove Folder.
If there are any documents in that folder, you will get a notification letting you know that know that all the documents in that folder will be moved to the parent folder.
Click OK, the folder will be deleted and all if its documents moved to the parent folder.
