Users with the permission level of Quality Owner and Approver can approve or deny Change Requests.

There are three ways to approve or deny Change Requests, from notification bell, from the Dashboard and from the Change Request Module.

Notification bell
When you receive a change request, you will see it in your notification bell. 

Each approval request will show the product name, requester, date requested and item information. If there is a previous version of the item, a summary of the previous version will be shown. Click on the item title to view more information about the change request. You can approve or deny the changes from here. 


The Dashboard will show you the Pending Signature Requests. From there you can approve/deny the changes. Clicking on the change request will show you more details about it.

 If denied, the item immediately returns to the draft status.

Change Request Module
You can also approve and deny it in the Change Request module. Scroll down to the request you are looking into-- there you can approve or deny it from the module. 

Once a change request is approved, when you hover over the created on date- you will see the UTC Time, Local time and Company time at which it was approved.
