Hazard Situations can be created by users with the permission level of Quality Owner, Approver and Editor.

Access Risk Management under Product in the Navbar . 

In the product selector, choose the product for which you want to see the risk items. 

Create a Hazard Situation
To create a new Hazard Situation, click on the + next to Situations in Risk Management.

Select the hazard that related to the situation and a description of how the situation can be harmful to the user. 

Once you click Save Changes your Hazard situation will show in the Risk Management table in draft mode. 

You will have to submit a Change Request to get the Hazard Situation approved. 

Edit a Hazard Situation
To edit the situation, hover over it until you see the Edit menu. 

You can edit, delete and see the history of the situation. When you edit a situation (that has been approved), it will once again be in a draft state.

You will have to submit it again for approval and provide justification for the change through a change request.
