Quality Owners have the ability to edit a document's meta data: Add tags to it, move it to a different folder, and associate the document with a product.
These metadata fields are not controlled, hence do not require a change request.
Access Document Control under Process in the Navigation bar.
Select the document in which you are interested and click on Edit Metadata.
You can then add any tags, move its folder or add an associated product.
Tags allow the document to be categorized.
Clicking on the dropdown allows Quality Owners to change the folder in which the document is located. Once a new folder has been selected, you'll see it in its new folder location.
Clicking on the dropdown allows the Quality Owner to associate the document with a specific product. Then the document will appear in the Design History File module as part of the product's download history.
