Quality Owners have the ability to edit a document's metadata: Add tags to it, move it to a different folder, and associate the document with a product. Editors and Approvers can add tags in a document's metadata. Access Document Control under Process in the Navigation bar.
Note: This video was created using V1.26.0. Enzyme is updated weekly so some elements may change.
Manage Document Metadata
Access Document Control under Process in the Navigation bar.
Select the document in which you are interested and then click on Edit Metadata.
Here you will be able to:
Tags: Add any tags (if needed) you want associated with the document
Document Owner: If needed, add an owner for the document.
Document Folder: Select the document folder to which you'd like to move the document.
Associated Products: Select the product (s) you want the document to be associated with.
Associated Development Phases: Add a phase this document is associated with. The phase will be displayed in the DHF module.
Once you have selected the pertinent information, click Update. As metadata is not controlled, any changes are applied immediately and the document does not need to be routed for approval on a change request.
