Users with the permission level of Quality Owner and Approver can approve or deny Approvals.

There are three ways to approve or deny Approvals from:

  1. Notification Bell
  2. Dashboard 
  3. Approvals Module

Notification bell
You can review the approval from the notification bell. 

Each approval request will show the product name, requester, date requested and item information. If there is a previous version of the item, a summary of the previous version will be shown. Click on the item title to view more information about the approval. You can approve or deny the changes from here. 


The Dashboard will show you the Pending Signature Requests. From there you can take action on the changes. Clicking on the approval will show you more details about it.

Approvals Module

You can also take action in the Approvals Module. When you first view the module, the Awaiting My Input toggle is ON so you will see all the approvals that require your attention. 

Scroll down to the approval you are looking into-- there you can take the appropriate action. 

Once you take action- it will be removed from the Awaiting My Input filter. To view all of the approvals, turn Awaiting My Input toggle OFF. 

Then you'll be able to see all the approvals and their status. 

When you hover over the Submitted date- you will see the UTC Time, Local time and Company time at which it was submitted.  

Once the record is approved/denied, you will then see the date the action was taken.

At anytime, you can click on the Export icon to export the current approvals and their status.
