Once a record has been submitted for approval, it can be pulled back by a Quality Owner or the Approver/Editor who originally submitted it. Whomever pulls back the record may make modifications to it and then re-submit it for approval.
Access the Approval Modules under Process in the Navigation menu.
In the Approvals Module, scroll down to the record and click Pullback on the record in which you are interested.
Confirm the pullback request.
Once confirmed, the record will once again be in the draft state.
