In Enzyme, Admins (user with Quality Owner permission level) can enable users to create forms or child documents that are associated with a parent document.

For example:
SOP001 Management Review is an SOP that has some associated forms. Instead of releasing a standalone document, you can release forms as subdocuments, for example, SOP001-F1, SOP001-F2, and SOP001-F3. After these forms and templates are released in Enzyme along with the associated parent document, they can be used to create records that can also be released in Enzyme.

When you create a template, you do not revise it; rather, you release it as a document (of its own document type). This allows you to revise the template if you change any items within it.

Creating Forms

Form are numbered using the parent document’s prefix and a F-suffix.

For example:
SOP001-F1 will be the first form of SOP001. A parent document may have multiple associated forms.

Creating Child Documents

Child documents are numbered using the parent document’s prefix and a numerical suffix.

For example:
SOP001-1 will be the first child document of SOP001. A parent document may have multiple child documents and associated forms.

Managing Quiz Questions

A part of training is assessing the understating of your colleagues by including a quiz that is associated with a document. You can create quizzes in the Document Control Module.

When you create a quiz for a document and release it through a Change request, it can be assigned to users through curricula or through a manual training assignment. When they are assigned the training, they will be required to pass the quiz to complete the training.
