‍Setting up Roles

The purpose of roles is to assign training by group function or responsibilities.

Examples

  • Hardware only or software-only product: Engineering, Quality, Management, Product, Clinical, etc.

  • Hardware + software product: Engineering- Hardware, Engineering-Software, Quality, Management, Product, etc.

  • Contractors/ Seasonal: Composed of individuals you hire for a short time.

Company Metrics

The Company Training Status tab allows Admins to track assignment completions and also print out training reports.

Here admins can:

  • Review training metrics like assignments (assigned, completed, overdue)

  • Filter data by users, roles, training item, or training status

  • Export reports based on the filtered data
